Separated at Birth?

WLTV's Gary Vaynerchuk brings the thunder:

UFC's Matt Serra will hopefully bring the thunder in the next couple of minutes:

Serra

Edited to add: damn, that was BS. Yeah, he was losing, but they called it way too early.

Not really, since Serra was tapping after the first knee. If you watch the replay, you'll see that after the first knee Serra's hand was tapping but the ref wasn't at the right angle to see it. Two knees later and not a lick of defense mounted by Serra, and the ref rightfully called the fight. I wouldn't be surprised if Serra wound up with a busted floating rib or two.

I wanted Serra to win, as I think he's a great fighter and has one of the best attitudes in the sport. Unfortunately, GSP is an unnatural beast with skills for days, and he's just getting better and better as time goes on. He's the future of his weight class for the next few years, barring any major issues.

I love that you're an MMA fan.

I'm glad Serra got the respect of the Montreal crowd when it was all said and done. I'm really looking forward to the Sherk/Penn title bout next month, and the (so far) amazing season of The Ultimate Fighter.

WTF? Slack and the MMA?

Didn't see that one coming...lol!

Matt Serra is still a bad ass despite losing this bout. Coming from the perspective of a fighter it seems like the ref always calls it too soon. Seriously though, we would literally kill ourselves if we left it in our own hands.

I don't watch MMA anymore as I'm not around people who do these days. My girl definitely does not do MMA or boxing or any of that stuff.

Hilarious post when all is said and done!
