Liveblogging from the ER!

The timeline starts here.

Long and the short of it: after arriving at Cedars-Sinai's ER at 5am and getting violated in every possible orifice, Will has been diagnosed with acute appendicitis (which means the assplay was just a bonus!)  He's scheduled to head into surgery at some point later today.

He'll stay in the hospital overnight, then hopefully come home tomorrow.

I stayed to meet the surgeon and get a timeline of when everything was happening, but the nurse said he was stuck in the OR and if I needed to get anything done, I should do it now.  So I've run home, walked/fed Daisy, packed a bag for Will (avec laptop, I don't know if the hospital has Wi-Fi tho), showered, grabbed my phone charger and I'm back to the hospital in a minute.

Will does NOT have his cell phone.  I have my Blackberry, which means if you want to call/text/tweet/email/send a carrier pigeon you can do so.  I have to jet.

UPDATE 8:32pm: Will is out of surgery. It ended up being a wee bit more complicated and he was under for two and a half hours - he's got a vertical incision and he won't be able to have solid food 'til Monday and he'll be in Cedars 'til Tuesday. I still haven't been able to see him. I'll continue to update via Twitter when I can. Thanks for you well-wishes, they've all been passed on to Will.
