• First cooking fire: last night.
I thought quickly and grabbed the baking soda from the fridge, but next time I'd rather utitlize that whole thinking-quickly and not do something that's going to start a fire in the first place. Dinner went from spinach salad with grilled chicken and hot bacon dressing to a protein shake with a shot of vanilla vodka.
• First disagreement with Mr. Boy: last night.
You see, I have a TiVo, and he has a TiVo.
We're going to have two TiVos! he exclaimed.
I know!, I responded.
But yours is the Nerd TiVo.
Why's mine the Nerd TiVo?
Because yours records Dr. Who and shows about little people.
But yours records shows about Judas and Hitler, I reminded him.
Exactly. Not Nerd shows.
I'd rather have a Nerd TiVo than a Nazi Jesus one!
