slackmistress videoblog 1.0!
A few notes:
1. This is my First Take of my First VideoBlog, Ever. It wasn't scripted, there were no cue cards, no outline. It was just me, a camera, and my brain screaming ohmygodarewereallydoingthis?.
2. Yes, I really did go to Film School. No, you can't tell it by the video below.
3. Not all of my videoblogs are going to be confessional-style and unedited. I do have some narrative material planned. But I just needed to Just Do It.
With that said, I present to you: slackmistress television.
Enjoy. I'm going to go hide. Or throw up. Or both.

(re: control of one's image: a photo of me in one of my home-printed t-shirts turned up on a popular nerd-teasing website, once. I promptly took the picture off my webspace, but not before a mild ribbing that left me a bit sick with shame. Since then, I've stuck with putting drawings of myself online, instead. It's a little easier to be embarrassed by one's art than one's form, I think.)
